How You Will Receive Your Files
We offer Instant Downloads on Reflectionare. These are ready-made, high-resolution master files that become available the exact moment your payment is confirmed. (If paying via PayPal or credit card, it may occasionally take a few moments for the system to process and generate your download link).
Where Can I Find My Download Link?
1. On the Checkout Confirmation Page: Right after paying, do not close the browser immediately. A "Download Files" button will appear right there on the screen.
2. In Your Email Inbox: You will receive a secure receipt email. Select the link inside to access your download folder.
I Can’t Find My Confirmation/Download Email
• First, check your Spam or Junk folders. If you are using Gmail, also make sure to check the "Social" and "Promotions" tabs.
• To ensure future updates and files reach you safely, add our official store email to your safe senders list or address book.
Troubleshooting Download Issues
• If nothing happens when you click the link: There might be an issue with your web browser. Try disabling non-standard extensions, toolbars, or ad-blockers temporarily, or try opening the link in a different browser or on a computer.
• If the file appears corrupted: Simply delete the downloaded file and click the link to download it again.
• If you cannot open the file: All Reflectionare artwork is delivered in high-quality, professional PNG format (300 DPI). Ensure your device has a standard image viewer or software capable of opening image files.
Refunds and Cancellations
Because Reflectionare products are instant digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, your satisfaction is our priority—if there is any issue with your order or if a file isn't opening properly, please contact us directly, and we will resolve it for you immediately!
